They were professional but warm and caring.. At a horrible time they helped make the whole process easier.. each suggestion and personal touch was made possible. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone planning a funeral. We had no idea what we were doing but Marie was lovely. Thank you so much for looking after Our special dad xx
