Direct Funeral - 100%
Simple Funeral - 100%
Tailored Funeral - 50%
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
At least 48 hours prior to the Funeral taking place
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
Final Invoice is issued after the funeral has taken place, Payment is due 7 Days from date of Invoice
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Debit or Credit Card (we do not accept American Express)
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
If you fail to pay us in full on the due date we may charge you interest;
– At a rate of 4% above our banks current base rate;
– Calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of Invoice until payment;
– Compounded on the first day of each month; and before and after any judgement (unless a court orders otherwise).
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
If you terminate your instruction you will be invoiced for all third party charges which we have paid or are committed to. You will also have to pay our charges and expenses according to the scale set out below;
Termination within 2 days of service date 100%
Termination within 1 week of service date 80%
Termination within 2 weeks of service date 50%
