Sarah has been flawless in the support she has offered our family following our bereavement. She showed excellent flexibility in face to face interactions and then worked hard to keep me informed of each step along the way while I was out of the UK ahead of my mums funeral. She provided kind, compassionate and considerate support to my step father while I was out of the UK which was reassuring. Sarah seemed to go above and beyond in all of her dealings with not only our family but also all third parties involved in these difficult processes. We are forever grateful that she did everything she could to make things less difficult for us.

The professionalism demonstrated would have meant nothing without the compassion that went with it. Thank you Charlie and especially Sarah for making a difficult time as easy as possible.

Sarah has been wonderful! A real credit to the team. The support for our family has been above and beyond what we expected. Even the after care for just a talk for myself and my mum mainly has been outstanding.Thank you very very much xx

I cannot fault the service my family received. Both my family and my late Father were treated with such care and compassion. We were so comforted by the care and thought we received. Sarah is exceptional, she helped make the traumatic experience of arranging a funeral for your loved one so much easier to bear and her guidance helped us to provide our dearest Dad with a deserving final farewell. The funeral directors who drove the hearse were so professional, courteous and compassionate. Even perfect personal touches such as wearing purple accents as a tribute for my Dad whose favourite colour was person. I cannot recommend the service I received highly enough. And my Mum was so impressed that she has insisted that in the future when we arrange her funeral that we use your services.

Me and my family turned up at A H Rogers funeral directors in a bit of an emotional mess when we had been let down badly by another funeral directors who was supposed to be looking after my mother who had passed away a couple of weeks before.Bob answered the door to us, invited us in and very quickly helped us feel at ease. By the end of a meeting that he wasn’t expecting to have with us he had very promptly and professionally arranged everything for us. He was in contact with us the whole time in the build up to her funeral, always checking we were happy with everything, I will always be grateful for his help in such a difficult time. The funeral service went perfectly and Matt who ran the service for us was amazing at being there and letting us know everything we needed to know as we went along. I literally couldn’t fault a single thing at this funeral directors and I am so glad we used them to give our mum the beautiful send off she deserved . Thank you so much Bob and Matt .
