Caroline made my beloved fathers funeral so special. No detail was too small, she arranged everything exactly as I wanted and my father had the send off that he truly deserved. I can’t thank her enough for making such a difficult time so much easier.

Sandra was kind, compassionate, understanding and extremely thoughtful when dealing with me and my 2 step children after the passing of our favourite person. She actually listened to what we wanted. Sandra was very professional, organised and took care of every small detail. She truly cared about us and what our loss meant to us and other members of our family. The funeral went off without a hitch and many attendees commented on how special a day it was. Thank you Sandra from Chris Mallinson, Lauren and Alex.

I couldn't praise the service we had from Sandra highly enough. I felt completely supported by her in every way and was confident that everything was being dealt with in the most professional and competent way. I would highly recommend the company to handle a difficult time with respect and dignity.

A V Ridout provided a wonderful service when we were sadly organising the funeral of a dear friend. We had used them about 2 years previously and on both occassions we dealt with the Funeral Director Sandra Hagger. On each occasion she was professional, caring, helpful and guided us gently through all the arrangements. Nothing was too much trouble and we always felt she had as much time as we needed. On the day of the Funeral Sandra was on holiday. We had already discussed this with Sandra however due to arrangements of family attending we were happy that Sandra would do all the arrangements and that James McDermaid would attend on the day.Sandra had attended at the previous funeral and looked after us all exceptionally well.James was very professional and quietly made sure everything went smoothly, contacting us to make sure he had all the correct information to hand and nothing had changed. The other members of staff also carried out their duties on the day, respectfully and professionally.I would highly recommend A V Ridout of Highcliffe. They stayed in touch to make sure everything was as we required, nothing was to much trouble and they made a difficult day as easy as it can be.Thank you all so much.

Sandra is a kind and compassionate person who really listens and does her best to help in difficult times. Without her, this whole process would have been more stressful, worrying and confusing. It was very important for us to find the right person, somebody we liked and could trust in difficult times, and Sandra was certainly the right choice. Our loved one was always treated with respect and as a family we felt that we were given the space, time and quietness to say goodbye properly.
