If I could give minus stars I would.A. Vause & Son were the undertakers used by the nursing home where my elderly Mother was resident, and on the day she unexpectedly passed away.Although I paid for their sub contracted services I bitterly regret the brief involvement of these undertakers. I don't trust them in the least. My late Mother's gold necklace with distinctive gold letter 'V' for Vera went missing from her body at the time of their involvement and before my families undertaker could collect her.The necklace held huge sentimental value to me and had been given to her by my late Father, she never took it off, ever.The significance of its disappearance in being a letter 'V' is not lost on me.
