From start to finish the whole team were so kind and compassionate. Donna was extremely helpful and supportive with frequent calls proving updates and asking if the family were coping ok - nothing was too much for her. Donna recommended the perfect celebrant for us - Lucy - who was wonderful and caring and did our mum proud. The funeral director, Sam and her team were compassionate and patient during the process.
