Staff were friendly but I had some problems, due to miscommunication, which could have been avoided. This is now part of chain not independent family run business. All issues were resolved.

Although through unfortunate circumstances, I had the pleasure of dealing with Khadijah at Aaron Black to arrange my aunt's funeral- she was so helpful and informative with a compassionate manner and really helped to make the process as easy a possible. No request seems to be too much for this company, they accommodate you efficiently and go out of their way to help with anything you need. Even with a horse drawn carriage and last minute requests, everything was smooth and seamless from beginning to end and I can only thank them again for all their effort and organization. Highly recommend, especially if you don't know much about funeral processes as you will be in safe hands.
