Very professional service combined with so much kindness and understanding. I had a funeral plan for my late sweet mother who sadly passed during this terrible time. They made me feel comfortable going to the parlour, visiting mum, nothing was too much. Donna & Linda were lovely also Robert and team on the day of the funeral, Many thanks guys for making an awful time bareable.Xx We had mum's ashes interred today (21/5/20) I realised I had forgotten to mention minister Pam Haynes who conducted both services and put so much emotion into the services and it felt like she knew mum personally, I can't thank her enough for her kind words she is an amazing minister.
