My dad passed away in December 2025. The care & attention Tappers showed was nothing short of amazing. They did everything & left nothing for us to worry about. Ian was particularly attentive. He guided us through the process from beginning to end & more. Every person we dealt with was the same. I can’t thank them enough & I would recommend that you let Tappers guide you through your most emotional journey. They are the best!

I would like to sincerely thank Alan Rice & Tapper for the wonderful care and compassion they showed to my family and me whilst arranging my late Husband's funeral. From the moment we first spoke with them, they treated Graham and our family with such kindness, patience and respect. They guided us through every step with genuine warmth and understanding, making a very difficult time a little easier to bear. Dear Kathleen, Ian & Alan I would just like to pass on my deep gratitude to you and your team for the calm and dignified manner in which my mother's funeral was handled earlier this week. Everyone present was very touched by the event. If you could also pass on my thanks to our celebrant, Emma, that would also be much appreciated. She struck absolutely the right note of solemnity and happy reflection on mum's life.

Absolutely lovely staff at the Moordown branch. Nothing was too much trouble and Ian and Kathleen were so kind and thoughtful and guided us every step of the way for my stepfather's funeral last week. The Harbour View was also very beautiful for the service and can highly recommend John Taylor as a first class celebrant. Thank you all so much!!
