The whole team at Albany were amazing, in particular Jo and Jim at the Ashford office. From the very outset Jim was able to provide a full range of advice and helpful suggestions, many that we hadn’t considered. The company’s organisation was exceptional and although a sad occasion we had the most fantastic and memorable day for dad. Albany were able to put us in touch with a perfect celebrant and an amazing florist. All the paperwork and fees were settled on one account, leaving us nothing to be concerned about. On the day of the funeral, the funeral director, Matthew, and his team were so polite, courteous, thoughtful and kind. Dad was previously a Jaguar owner so to make his final trip in Jo’s hearse was the perfect occasion. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful the arrangements had been and we agreed this was a fitting farewell for our father. I can not recommend Albany enough. They made us feel so at ease with the whole process, nothing was too much trouble for them and although we had a traditional service and internment I know that they are open to a whole range of services to absolutely meet the needs of any grieving family. I thoroughly recommend this company to help out anyone who might need there services.

Albany funerals were absolutely brilliant from the day we walked into their offices. They handled everything perfectly for me and my family and I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is obviously a horrible time for everyone, but Jo and Matthew made it a whole lot easier. Thank you to you both.

I'm so glad we chose Albany Funeral directors as their care of my fathers cremation has been superb especially in these times of COVID 19 restrictions. The quality of the Avon Ashes Casket would make my dad proud.I just wish to say a big thank to Jo for the personal finishing touches, 12 hour candles, cards and sweet pea seeds to plant in remembrance.

Met Kim at the Ashford office. A very homely and welcoming experience. A real delight at such a sad and difficult time. She was very efficient with the paper work and we felt so relaxed - we kept her there talking for ages. Thank you Kim. I would not hesitate in recommending Albany to our friends, family, anyone.
