I would unreservedly recommend Andrew Grey Funeral Directors for their services. During the recent heartbreaking loss of our beloved mam, we were dealt with with the utmost respect and compassion and were guided through an extremely emotional process with endless patience and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and every detail was double checked meaning the day passed exactly as we had planned it. We were kept up to date at all times and nothing was too much trouble. The family would like to extend our gratitude to Andrew, Ben, Gillian and Joanne for making a very painful time that much more bearable. Thanks again from The Eccles family.

From the first call made to Andrew and the team the care and compassion was their. Ben came out and talked everything with us and put our mind ready that's mam would be looked after all the way and the care given.. All the calls to make sure we were OK and asking if we needed anything and on mams final journey you still looked after her an her finial car journey So thank you to first Ben who was their start to finish and Andrew and Gillian and the rest of the team god bless you all xx

Ben did an amazing job with my mother in laws funeral. From the first day we met him till the actual day of the funeral. Kept us informed with everything via phone calls to my father in law and emails to myself. He arranged a lovely humanist Chris May for the service who was brilliant. It was a lovely send off . When Mam wanted to put together a funeral plan she was certain she wanted Andrew Grey Funeral Directors to handle it because she'd already seen how immaculately and kind they were in their handling of other funerals within her church community. From the putting together of the plan with Mam and Ben and I to the sad day itself I felt the same confidence immediately and that Mam was safe in their hands. Ben always kept me updated, was always available and helped me through the organising process at a difficult time, always treating me with kindness and understanding.
