We arranged to use Arthur Kershaw funeral directors, Sale for my elderly Mother in Law. When she passed at home, they provided their services within an hour of the Doctor’s visit and were professional, careful and discrete at all times. Tom Sanderson was a pleasure to deal with, being sensitive and caring and providing advice for all the arrangements. The team on the funeral day were excellent, being there as pallbearers and assisting family members to carry the coffin when required. They were discrete, professional and sensitive at all times and I cannot praise them enough. They collected and divided the ashes for us and kept us informed about procedures throughout and everything ran very smoothly. I would thoroughly recommend them and thank them for arranging such a well-planned and dignified day for such a beautiful lady, a day which will stay in our hearts forever.

Jill organised the funerals for both of my parents, my dad Sir James Anderton 4 years ago; and very recently for my mum Lady Joan Anderton. James and his team arranged a fitting send off for Mum. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt confident Mum was being cared for as if she was one of their own. The support we received from Kershaws, during what was one of the most difficult times of our lives, was exceptional- we cannot thank them enough.
