They did a great job with my husband's funeral. We had my grandma's funeral with a different provider last year and Arthur Kershaw were significantly better for the same price. Tom was easily contactable and was very helpful. Everything was very efficient and stress free, they guided us through the process and coordinated everything well l, so on the day everything ran really smoothly. Very knowledgeable and the care felt very personalised and compassionate. Thank you to the whole team and particularly Tom.

After having a miscarriage I took my little boy to Arthur Kershaw and the compassion, care and attention they gave me and my finance the entire time has been incredible. I can’t thank James and his team more for what they have done and the closure they have given to us. Our little boy got the send off he deserved and we got to say goodbye in the most special way. From the casket to the music everything was perfect. Thank you James.

Arthur Kershaws were so accommodating for my mothers funeral & very understanding on our Sikh family customs.Their communication & politeness through this very emotional time was second to none. Tom , who we were in contact with from start to finish was so helpful & very understanding.Even the drivers who were appointed to drive the cars in the funeral procession were very polite.

Absolutely excellent service from the very first phone call to the day of my dad's funeral. At what is a gut-wrenching, heartbreaking time, we felt supported and so well looked after. We dealt largely with Tom, who is such a lovely person. Tom is really warm, kind, empathic, and so good at his job. Tom showed such professional, with heaps of compassion, throughout. Tom truly went above and beyond for us. We had a celebrant (Mel) who was excellent also. We were able to have a very uplifting funeral, three songs and a photographic slide show with music. This was all very last minute, yet Tom and the team did everything they could to make it all happen. Personal touches, consideration, dignity and respect. Losing a loved one is so incredibly painful but the team at Kershaw's lifted some of the burden from us. I am eternally grateful to Kershaw's and wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you Kershaw's for the wonderful send off for my dad.
