A huge and heartfelt thank you to the wonderful Parm, the Funeral Director and staff for their professionalism, care and empathy to all the family members. During such a tough and emotional time, you took into consideration all the family needs and requirements went the extra mile, this will remain with me for eternity. You managed my brother's final days with so much care and attention and were a pillar of strength to all the family during this sad times. I cannot thank you all enough for the service you provided, especially Pam and also for going out of your way to accommodate the family requirements and giving our dear brother a beautiful send off.
