Excellent. The family were delighted with the funeral service for a lady who was in her 101st year. We achieved exactly as I wanted, an intimate, relaxed, celebration service coupled with dignity and care. We couldn't have asked for more from the staff at Lymn's in Arnold throughout, their interest, help and organisational skills during the planning were second to none and their attention, support and timing on the funeral day were superb. Thank you to all concerned - it was perfect.

The service and attention to detail received from our local Arnold office was excellent. They were very caring and thoughtfull at this very stressful time.They explained everything that was required to myself and my sister so that we didn't have to worry about any of the arrangements on the day of the funeral. Once again thank you for professional services.

I was dreading arranging my mums funeral recently, but from the very first phone call they have been nothing but kind, polite and caring. Jess was amazing and if she wasn't available the other members of staff always apologise d and gave me the same level of service. There was no pressure and I didn't feel rushed to pay the bill. Would definitely recommend

I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff here for their care, kindness and warmth. We're so grateful. They made my Gramps's funeral so special, with nothing being too much, every question answered with genuine care and warmth. Jess was a gem, she was responsive, kind and attentive to anything we needed. Mark, the funeral director on the day, was absolutely wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a kinder person to have carried out the service. He was so respectful, explained every step, never rushed us, and was so gentle with all of us. I just can't tell you how grateful we are. It was everything we hoped it would be for our gramps and more. Thank you to all of you xx
