We received an outstanding level of support and care from Michelle Ibbett. Her kind, professional approach was much appreciated. She ensured that everything ran smoothly and all our wishes were met. Nothing was too much trouble and no part of our meetings were hurried. Richard Marshall, the celebrant, was incredible too. His attention to detail when meeting with us to discuss Tom's life and loves was outstanding and his delivery on the day of the funeral perfectly summed up Tom's incredible approach to life. Mick and the team ensured Tom's final journey was conducted respectfully and in a manner befitting the man. Thank you to everyone at A W Lymm for taking excellent care of us all.

At a difficult time they made things a little easier, Upon arranging my dad's funeral Michelle Ibbet was amazing, she made suggestions and useful ideas and helped us along the process without any drama. She went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble, with a chatty polite nature about her she put us an ease and made us feel special. The funeral director on the day was also very professional, smart and made sure the day went off to plan. Again a very nice chap. A W Lymms made the difference thank you to all.
