Ever the professionals everything from start to finish was superb on such a bad occasion and day ..The team who helped and sorted things Elaine ..Andy couldn't fault one bit they was understanding helpful ..bent over backwards to accommodate did everything we asked respected our and the families wishes ..Used them for my farther 18 yrs ago and even then my mother knew and asked be us to use them again she'd of loved everything they did.. big thank you to Elaine for being so understanding with all the changes and the guy who looked after mum and walking in front of the car etc( didn't catch his name) ..he was so very professional courteous and made the whole thing so special that even other ppl made remarks ..like I said of the whole team couldn't of asked for more really was a 5 star service from start to finish at such a bad time for us ..Big thank you to you all

When my father (Alan Young) died in April, we of course had to think about the funeral and due to a good friend recommending Lymn's in Mansfield Woodhouse, we decided to go there. During this difficult time, they have been there every step of the way, and nothing has been too much trouble. We (myself and his wife Mrs Young) were guided and given reassurance. Whenever we spoke to a member of staff they were just so lovely. It made the process actually far easier than either of us could have imagined.They took such great care of my father and we will be forever grateful for that, the experience has given us lovely memories of even the funeral itself, the simple bowing to the coffin and just general presence.We honestly can't thank the staff at Mansfield Woodhouse enough for all they have and continue to do.
