Lesley Eaton at Long Eaton were amazing, very courteous and extremely helpful in sorting the service to my personal wishes. Nothing was too much trouble, I was kept in formed and updated through the whole process. I came away feeling I had made a friend who I could talk to about anything. The care and compassion that we as a family experienced when my husband passed away was exceptional.
