Rachel was amazing to deal with and compassionate and caring all the way through the process, Neil our Funeral Director was great, organised and supportive all the way through and after the service..I would highly recommend B Matthews and their superb staff. very professional but still had a sense of humour..which always helps.

Tim a at the Park Gate Branch was fantastic and so helpful to us in organising my mother in laws funeral. They covered every detail and the photo tributes and celebrant recommended Charlie was exceptional. Neil the funeral director on the day was great and nothing was too much trouble thank you so much
