B Matthews helped us when my father passed away in November. The team, in particular Charley, were all incredibly kind and professional during the whole process and made us feel like Dad was in good hands whilst we made the appropriate preparations. It made the whole process easy and stress free bearing in mind I travelled down from Scotland to make the arrangements it was an absolute pleasure to deal with before during and after the arrangements

Jane Roberts posting - We recently needed to use the services of Lisa and her Team at the Park Gate office following the sudden death of my husband, Steve. From start to finish Lisa made me feel less panicky, calmer and assured me that she would look after Steve for me until his funeral. This she did. On the day of the funeral Neil and his Team made sure Steve had a seamless send off and looked after all of us with great care and consideration. All in all Lisa and her Team helped to make everything just that little bit more bearable, for which I will be forever grateful. Lisa at B Matthews arranged both my Mum and Dad's funerals in quick succession. She guided us through the process from start to finish on both occasions making the task more manageable during a very difficult time. Lisa recommended Charlie Keene for the funeral officiant and he gave my parents the send off they deserved, don't underestimate the difference a quality officiant makes to a funeral.
