We recently used Ballard & Shorthall for my father’s funeral and I honestly cannot thank them enough for the care, professionalism and support they showed our family. From the very beginning they made an incredibly difficult time so much easier to manage. Every detail was handled with sensitivity and efficiency, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble for the team. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and made sure everything was arranged exactly as we had hoped. One thing we were particularly grateful for was their help in arranging the transport of my father from West Sussex to London for the service. It could have been complicated, but they took care of absolutely everything so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Knowing it was all being handled so smoothly took a huge weight off our shoulders at a very difficult time. They went above and beyond to make sure the day ran smoothly and treated my father with the utmost respect. The whole team were compassionate, professional and genuinely caring. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any family needing funeral services. Their kindness and dedication made a very difficult time far more manageable and we will always be grateful.

Ballard & Shortall were just wonderful . They guided us through an extremely difficult time losing our Mum and organising her funeral, showing compassion and sympathy throughout . They took care of everything and gave us all the information we needed and gave us the time to make the right decisions about what we wanted for our Mum. During the planning and on the day they were so kind and gave us lots of support. I highly recommend them and I can't thank enough for all their help giving our beautiful mother a really special funeral, especially Nicki, Manjit & Paul

During a difficult time for me and my family Ballard and Shortall were outstanding from start to finish. The empathy and care they have given to us and our Dad throughout was above and beyond. We visited our dad a few times and every visit we were made to feel so welcomed,the compassion shown throughout helped us through the worse time of our lives. The attention to detail on the day,everything went perfect. From walking in front of the car on my dads last journey from his family home ment so much to us as a family. On behalf of the Curtin Family we can't thank you all enough for the amazing work you all do especially Paul, Clare and also our lovely driver Steve. I know my Dad would be watching over and thanking you all for the amazing/exceptional work you do. We had relatives over from Ireland and they were amazed at the attention to detail and care shown throughout. I recently attended the funeral of my partner’s father John. I would like to say that the dignity, compassion, comfort and support that was shown was above and beyond. The professionalism and attention to detail was absolutely exceptional and the kindness of all involved was outstanding. I cannot begin to express the comfort you brought to the family knowing that John was in your care and I will be forever thankful to you all.
