Ballard & Shortall with Wendy in the Horsham office were completely professional and friendly throughout the whole process of arranging my wife’s funeral, nothing was too much trouble we were hand held from start to finish. One thing I was not expecting was a grey hearse, it was absolutely magnificent the icing on the cake for me. I would strongly recommend their service.

We had an amazing time with Ballard and Shortall, right from the beginning to the day baby Munachi was laid to rest.Wendy handled the whole process so well. She made it stress free for us. We say a very BIG thank you to Wendy.

We recently used Ballard & Shortall for our Mothers funeral. Wendy and the team were exceptional from our first contact and accommodated all our needs in a professional and sympathetic manner that made a difficult situation easy to address. The attention to detail and the communication was flawless and made a potentially stressful occasion pass without incident. Karen was the celebrant who delivered a service and eulogy together with the visual tribute that our mother would have been extremely proud of. Paul and his team of pall bearers completed the ceremony in a dignified and well rehearsed manner to compliment the day. It is difficult to say it was a good funeral but we can say that our mother had the best send off she could have expected delivered by a professional and competent team. Well done.

We recently used Ballard and Shortall Horsham to take care of dad’s funeral. I must say the whole team were amazing, especially Wendy. She was so thoughtful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble every detail was taken into consideration. Wendy also put us in touch with Karen Acres who is an amazing officiant who was also so thoughtful, kind and genuine. I feel I must mention Paul the funeral director he made us all feel at ease, took control in a very lovely way and even made us smile on this very sad day.
