Pippa at Ballard & Shortall kindly arranged my daughters funeral in 2018 and more recently , June 2025 , my husbands. Nothing was too much or couldn't be arranged as i wanted it. Pippa was available either by phone, e mail or i could pop in and sorted anything that cropped up. Special thanks also go to Paul and his team for making the day go smoothly and put everyone at their ease especially my grandson who wasn't sure how he would be on the day. They are a wonderful bunch of people who go that extra mile for you. Special, excellent customer service.
