Kevin and the team provided an excellent service at a difficult time, as Mum died over the Christmas period and there was quite a delay to being able to make the arrangements for her funeral. All was handled with dignity and every last detail was followed through for a fitting send off for a much loved mum. Their suggestions of flowers by Kim and the Rev Kerry Evans were excellent too. Thank you all so much.

Ballard & Shortall took all the stress out of arranging my Mother in Laws Funeral. They took care of all the arrangements with us in a caring and compassionate way. Kevin, Lisa and Nicola were exceptional. They advised us on all the steps of the funeral including registering the death and transporting my Mother in Law from Epsom Hospital to their Chapel of Rest at Ballard & Shortall in Horley. The Service at Surrey and Sussex Crematorium was taken by Mandy Cook a Humanist Minister. Hopefully we won't need the services of Ballard & Shortall for a very long time but rest assured if we do; they will certainly be our first port of call.
