Ballard & Shortall took all the stress out of arranging my Mother in Laws Funeral. They took care of all the arrangements with us in a caring and compassionate way. Kevin, Lisa and Nicola were exceptional. They advised us on all the steps of the funeral including registering the death and transporting my Mother in Law from Epsom Hospital to their Chapel of Rest at Ballard & Shortall in Horley. The Service at Surrey and Sussex Crematorium was taken by Mandy Cook a Humanist Minister. Hopefully we won't need the services of Ballard & Shortall for a very long time but rest assured if we do; they will certainly be our first port of call.

I want to thank Kev and everyone else involved for holding me and my family along with all mum's friends, colleagues and loved ones and for making sure her wishes were overseen and handled with respect. It feels like an emotional bomb has gone off and I'm shell shocked whilst the pieces settle. The Service and wake were powerful experiences and, whilst I'm struggling to find words, two of them would probably be 'perfect' and 'beautiful'. Highly recommended, respectful, trustworthy and loving people. Thank you again. I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
