I've never had to organise a funeral before and it was a particularly stressful time for me. But from my first meeting with Nick I knew this was the right decision.Tony's casual and caring support put me at ease, this was very reassuring and comforting throughout. Nothing was too much and all his knowledge and guidance helped me give the farewell my beloved Uncle deserved. A BIG thanks to all the team at B&P.

Tony and team looked after my late father the greatest of care . We found the service second to none Tony very emphatic and ensured we had the best send off we could give. I would throughly recommend the service we received and Tony and team.

My Dad’s funeral went so well organised by Tony, nothing was too much trouble and he was always helpful. I would add the funeral took place within two weeks of my Dad’s passing which is quite a short period of time when having to deal with doctors and registration office etc., but Tony managed to get us there and all went very smoothly

Big thanks to the team at Banfield and Pomphrey for dealing with my Mum’s arrangements and service. It can be confusing and stressful - and to have Tony’s friendly support and advice was always a comfort.Everything was handled so professionally but with a lovely personal touch.

Tony / Nick - we just wanted to say a massive thank you on behalf of Dad and all the family for the fantastic way you handled Mum’s funeral for us. I can’t imagine she wanted to attend her own funeral, but I know if mum had been there to see it she’d have been very happy with everything. It went like clockwork and everything she’d requested was done professionally and respectfully.Nobody WANTS to pick a funeral director, but if asked by anyone in the area I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
