As an ex funeral director myself of 10 years in Australia. I needed to use a funeral director for my dad who passed away early April 2024. I called around three local funeral directors, and then called Debbie from the Bootle branch. Once I put the phone down, I said to my mum, "that's the one". Debbie was the only funeral director who told me everything I needed to know without me asking one question. She explained everything in a very professional way and her caring, warm nature shone bright through the phone. There was no upselling, she listened to what we required and what my dad required, and delivered a great service with kindness and compassion and seriously went that extra mile.
