They wete recommended to me from the care home manager and they did my mums funeral. The service was professional abd personal. The staff were caring, respectful and helpful. Our contact at Barry Whalen was John and we couldn't have had a better experience. He was so kind and professional, he made a difficult time so much easier. I think it sounds really cheesy but it feels like it's a proper vocation for John/the team - nothing was ever too much trouble and anything within John's power to make things easier was always cheerfully offered and sorted quickly.
