Ed and the whole team were so supportive & professional throughout. We originally had to call them out around 3am and no questions, they were there within 30 minutes. From then on, they guided us through the process of arranging the funeral, listening carefully to our wishes. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Organising funerals is not a task anyone faces happily but I could not have asked for a better experience than that which I had with Brunskill.I felt as if they were always there, ready to help, offer assistance and advice through every step of the way. They listened to the parts I felt were important and were instrumental in ensuring the funeral, which was for my father, was as pleasant as possible and what I think he would have wanted.I cannot understate how good the communication was nor how friendly and professional during a very difficult time Ed was. The task of organising the funeral was initially a stressful, daunting task that I faced while grieving but I felt that thanks to Brunskill, the whole process was eased and everything went perfectly.I cannot rate them higher and I'm so thankful they were so good. I hope to never have to deal with funerals again but should I need to, Brunskill will be my first call. Thank you so much to both yourself, your son and everyone else who worked with you.

Ed and Josh Brunskill were wonderful from the first telephone call onwards. They were gentle, kind and compassionate, and an absolute pleasure to work with. They provided a fabulous contact for the flowers, sorted out the design and printing of the Order of Service - great quality - and liaised with our chosen celebrant. Highly recommended.
