From our initial contact with Paul Birkett, everything ran so smoothly, he was so professional and caring. If you could wish for a funeral to be ‘A Perfect Day’, Paul and his team gave us that. All who attended the funeral, remarked on how well the service had gone.. Thank you so much.

Following the recent passing of my Husband, from the first phone call to C L Birketts, until the Funeral had taken place, we couldn't have asked for more. We knew from the beginning that my Husband was in safe hands and that he was being looked after with dignity and respect when we couldn't do that for him. While making the arrangements we were made to feel that this really mattered to them as much as to us that we were happy with the choices we made. Paul kept in contact with us throughout this time and it was the small details as much as the larger ones that meant so much, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral, Paul and his colleagues were so respectful and helpful that it made a very difficult day so much more bearable for us as a family. I have already thanked them, but once again from the bottom of our hearts a massive thank you, to you Paul and to your wonderful colleagues.

At a time when it a can be so very difficult for families and friends to make good decisions about funeral planning , Paul and his professional team of staff carefully nurtured myself and my family through the process. We were able to reflect on our loved ones wishes and deliver a funeral they would have been proud of . Paul showed respect and kindness along with professionalism and we are so very grateful to him . Many thanks .
