Not having dealt with anything like this before we really did not know where to start, what we had to, what order things would be done in or who would do what or when.C&T Radmall (Horsham Branch) talked us through the process, kept us informed of what was happening along the way and answered all of our questions. They were professional, organised and sympathetic from the first phone call to our very last contact. On the day of the funeral itself everything went as well as these things can under the circumstances.I would recommend them to anyone who requires such a service.

From the moment I first called we were looked after in arranging my Dad’s funeral, who had taken out a plan with C&T Radmall many years ago.A special thank you to Jan who was fantastic and is a very professional caring a lady who helped with advice and support regarding the arrangements from start to finnish, and let it be known she was just a phone call away at any time I needed.Paul was the celebrant also met with us and kept in contact all the way through, and the director Dean also called me the evening before to reassure all was okay. The funeral went smoothly and just how we wanted it to be and was a celebration of Dad's life.A big thanks to Jan and everyone at C&T Radmall for making a difficult time much easier.

When a loved one passes, the support from your Funeral Director is imperative. Lisa Lurring did just that for us. She was amazing, generous, kind, thoughtful and highly respectful to all our family. Lisa and her team gave my dear mum the beautiful send off she deserved and we are all so thankful to everyone involved. We couldn't have done it without her.I would like to see C & T Radmall Funeral Service in our local Tweet magazine for Bilingshurst so other people are aware of their good service.Thank you Lisa and the team at C & T Radmall.Mell and Family, Billingshurst

Lisa and her team were so kind, thoughtful and helpful. They have a knack of knowing exactly how their client is feeling and what they need on the day. The process of arranging the funeral was efficient and I didn't need to worry about anything, Lisa took care of it all and made some lovely suggestions too. On the day Lisa and her team were just brilliant, the cars were impeccable, the mix between solemnity and support perfect and everything went smoothly. Lisa feels more like a friend than a service provider.

I cannot recommend this Funeral Directors enough for their kind, caring, respectful and gifted manner. From the first phone call to the day of the Funeral and ensuring my beloved late Father's care was beyond expectations. Every contact, every step and every stage was carefully looked after. On the day of my darling late Father's Funeral we were looked after with a service beyond 5*. I have no hesitation in recommending this Funeral Director. You will have peace of mind. So thank you to everyone who looked after us. I am forever in your debt.
