Lucy couldn’t have been more considerate and compassionate even contacting me before we had received the death certificate. Just to touch base. She made the whole process a lot less stressful during what was a very emotional time. Nothing was to much trouble. Even down to collecting my dads ashes from the crematorium

Lee, Lucy, Colin and Karen were all absolutely incredible. Every member of staff we engaged with made what was an incredibly difficult time much easier and comfortable. Lucy was incredibly helpful and organised when supporting us to arrange the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble and she ensured everything was sorted for us timely and properly. Without Lucy we would have been truly lost and can't thank her enough for her help. Lee made the day so incredibly special. Lee not only has incredible management skills ensuring the day ran smoothly and all the team were organised, but he also ensured all the small special touches were thought of. He looked after us before, during and after the day and we were so touched at the support he gave us. Lee is the very best there is and we are so grateful to have had him direct the funeral for us. Colin and Karen made what was an emotional and difficult car ride most comfortable. Both were friendly and professional. The car was spotless and the hearse had been set up exactly as we asked. There is absolutely nothing we could have faulted on the day or that left us disappointed, every one went above and beyond to give us exactly what we wanted which meant we could give our loved one the very best send off.
