I have never had to arrange a funeral before. Front of house staff, especially Lisa, made the whole experience a smooth, sympathetic and stress free journey for us. We sadly lost two parents within weeks of each other and I felt very supported by all staff members under such sad circumstances. Each funeral was carried out with extreme care and professionalism by all staff involved. A big thank you for behind the scenes staff for taking such good care of my parents. Also I must extend my gratitude to the funeral directors, Andrew, Bev and the drivers too, for their expertise and sympathetic manner. Thoroughly recommend the Coalville funeral home care team.

We recently lost my grandfather, the staff here are so thoughtful and kind! The funeral went smoothly, and all our query’s where answered confidently and swiftly. We found the staff to be smartly presented, anything we could of wanted from a funeral home. We had such confidence in them taking care of grandpa. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
