What is the size of any upfront deposit required?
The Company may require payment for some services in advance of the service date as shown in our Terms and Conditions section 15. Our Terms and Conditions are included in the Price Brochure which you can download from this page.
When must I pay the upfront deposit?
Any upfront fees are expected at least 48 hours before the service date but we are compassionate to all families and will address individual circumstances with understanding.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
We ask for full payment within 14 days from the date of the invoice.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
Cash, Debit & Credit Cards, Cheque or BACS Transfer.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?
As a funeral home that focuses on family values we know sometimes things don't go as planned, so every circumstance is looked at individually, and with compassion.
If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
We only ask for payment to cover any expense we have had to date, e.g. bringing your loved one into our care, care & preparation, products we have ordered specially for you, etc..
