Fantastic empathetic team at Chambers and Brighty. Personable team happy to help and explain everything needed.Would recommend services. A plan was in place which is a good thing and something I’d recommend but nothing was too much trouble and they looked after dad!

Chambers and Brighty service is outstanding, as always, and Tim is an angel on earth. His service goes above and beyond expectation and I can not thank him enough for making such a difficult time so pleasant. He is so sympathetic and understanding. He went out of his way to secure the date needed to ensure my dad can have his whole family at his funeral. Also, whilst short staffed, they managed to prepare my dad in the best way at short notice so I could say goodbye before it was too late. He even came in on his day off and made me feel so welcome and at ease. You can see this is not just a job to Tim, this is his calling and I feel blessed to have met and been comforted by him. He really is a hero!

Just a honouring, supportive and helpful journey from hospital to laying my Mum to rest. Working with Tim was easy, relaxed and respectful, going out of their way to give my Dad space to say his final goodbyes in the run up to the funeral. Thank you Tim and all the team, responding to the little details that matter to the family at these times.
