Exceptional care and a truly personal service for Joan Christopher Sarson Funeral Director provided exceptional care and support following the passing of my aunty, Joan. At a time when everything feels overwhelming, Chris and his team brought a real sense of calm, dignity and reassurance to our whole family. Every detail was handled with such sensitivity and respect. The funeral itself was thoughtful and personal — a true reflection of Joan. One particularly special touch was the coffin bearers wearing pink ties, in keeping with her wish for everyone to wear colour. It meant a great deal to us. As the celebrant leading the service, I also felt incredibly supported throughout, which made a real difference on the day. We’re very grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to us. It won’t be forgotten.
