Chris and his team were so helpful, kind and caring and made the whole experience of arranging a funeral for my Dad so seamless. Mum and I were looked after at every stage, they made really helpful suggestions, and we were able to keep the costs very reasonable. When you have to go through what is an enormously emotive and stressful period, I would totally recommend them.

Impeccable attention to detail, very caring, no stone left unturned. This was the first time I have ever needed to arrange a funeral. Chris, Carole and the team are absolutely professional, yet are genuinely caring and comforting. I never once felt that I couldn’t ask any questions along the way, I felt my mum and I were listened to at every stage, Chris brings a personal touch to his work. Darren the limousine driver stayed calm under pressure (when an unprecedented road block happened due to a Royal Mail van crash). Fortunately for us it was after the funeral, but he got us to the wake in time to greet our guests as they arrived. It’s only been a few days since the funeral, everybody says it was one of the most beautiful ceremonies they’ve ever been too. I think Chris and the team made a massive difference. No need to look anywhere else, these guys will look after you and your loved ones. Thank you Chris and team.

We cannot praise Christopher Stringer and his team more highly. From our very first contact, we knew we were in safe hands with Chris. Nothing was too much trouble; all our questions were answered promptly and with empathy. The funeral went smoothly and we know this was down to Chris’s attention to detail and his professionalism.

Having previously used Christopher Stringer for our Father's funeral arrangements, we had absolutely no hesitation in entrusting Chris and his outstanding team once again with our dear late Mother's arrangements. With Chris also being a personal friend of our mother, there was no one else that she would have wanted to take care of her own funeral. Their professional service and approach put you instantly at ease, in what are the most difficult of times when arranging a funeral. With every part of the process explained throughout, the team remain by your side before, during and after the day itself. The order of service that was produced was so impressive, with last minute amendments that we added being no issue at all to update. There was such great care and detail taken, in preparation for us to visit our mother in the chapel of rest, which we had chosen to do. This helped enormously with us being able to take the time we required to pay our respects and reflect and was an absolute credit to the team. On the day of the funeral, it went exactly as we had planned, with Chris and his team ensuring that every tiny detail was meticulously timed and everyone who attended commented on what a beautiful and fitting service it had been, and praised Chris and his team, so it certainly never went unnoticed. We will be forever grateful to Chris Stringer and his dedicated and professional team, for delivering on every level and ensuring our beloved late Mother had the funeral she so very much deserved.

I would 100% recommend Chris, Carol and the team. Very thoughtful, really well organised and excellent communication at each and every stage. They are also caring and empathetic. Good listeners too. During the funeral of our mother itself, it was really comforting to have Chris there - he had just the right balance of being in the right place at the right time, but also never 'interfering'. It gave me a sense of confidence to see him at a difficult time. I hope I don't have to organise any funerals soon, for obvious reasos, but if I do, I will definitely work with Christopher Stringer.
