Luckily this was the first funeral I have had to organise and wasnt sure what to do, whi to speak to what comes first and all at a time im not thinking right. I chose Colin Fisher because I like to support local family run businesses. Lillian was lovely, calming and organised. She sat me down and explained what happens now! Gave me options and tons of information. They handled everything from collecting mum from the hospital, dressing her and gave me options for the service. Bluebell was a fantastic venue so thanks for the recommendation. On the morning the cars turned up on time at my dad's and drove us all to the venue and were very supportive in our time of grief, even offering calming compassion before we went in. I hope I dont need to use them soon but would definatly recomend this family run business. Thank you to everyone who works there xx

From the moment our Mum was gently picked up from the care home and taken into their care, we felt a sense of peace knowing she was in good hands. She supported us through every detail, guiding us with patience and kindness while helping us manage our emotions every step of the way. You could tell she genuinely cared. During the most challenging time of my life, when my mother passed away recently the funeral directors Lillian and Colin were a true pillar of support. Their compassion, friendliness and professionalism were unmatched, and they took care of every detail with grace and kindness. They made a heartbreaking process so much more bearable, especially for my teenage daughter Abigail explaining everything in great detail to ease her worries. Nothing was too much trouble or inconvenience for them. I will be forever grateful and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need.

I have used colin fisher twice now, once 8 years ago and only just in recent weeks!!! Both times l have to say l found them so professional and helpful, understanding of our feelings at such an emotional time!! Everything went smoothly and as instructed, had total trust in them. Lillian who deals with booking and everything was amazing!! Such an empathetic compassionate lady, she helped get me through with her sensitive nature and l will never forget her!!!
