From the moment our Mum was gently picked up from the care home and taken into their care, we felt a sense of peace knowing she was in good hands. Lillian was absolutely amazing calm, compassionate, and so understanding. She supported us through every detail, guiding us with patience and kindness while helping us manage our emotions every step of the way. You could tell she genuinely cared. Colin was also wonderful, making sure everything on the day went perfectly. The funeral was beautiful, dignified, and full of warmth a true celebration of Mum’s life.
