"Their communication was excellent both by phone and email which was important because we live a long distance away. Our wishes were listened to, and the arrangements all went smoothly. The Celebrant conducted the service with a balance of dignity and joy."
— Nick Fitzhugh

"Sue and Jack were amazing, compassionate and professional from the moment we made contact with them to the day of the funeral and on collecting Dad's ashes. Nothing was too much trouble, they always went above and beyond in their help, support and professionalism. I cannot thank them enough for ensuring my lovely Dad the perfect send off he so deserved."

"The care mum, my brother and myself received from Sue, Jessica & Anna was above and beyond. We cannot thank them enough for looking after us all and for being so thoughtful and caring at every step of the way. Thank you also for looking after dad and being there with a hug and box of tissues when we visited him in the chapel of rest. You're all one in a million."
