Samantha was fantastic from start to finish. Very friendly, warm and welcoming and was professional throughout. This put us more at ease, especially as was our first time having to go through this. Would definitely recommend, thank you Samantha. Conductor was also very professional and allowed the day to run as smooth as possible.

Helen was such a wonderful support throughout our whole journey with Collins, from answering the first phone call to the follow up email after the ceremony. Such a personal and considerate touch helped so much at a difficult time. The respect she and her team showed my wife’s late mother at all times was second to none. She accommodated all our wishes, including some changes along the way. The little touches were so considerate and were noticed and appreciated by many. We cannot recommend this team highly enough. I would like to express our thanks to Collins Funeral Services they were wonderful and made our darling Stewart's funeral the special occcasion he deserved From the start we found Samantha warm, compassionate and very helpful and guided us at a very difficult time. She is amazing and we are truly grateful to her. Justin and the pall bearers were very professional and attentive and several of the mourners ccmmented on this You all made a sad time a lot easier for us Thank you The Cooper Family
