I had an exceptional experience with Cooper & Son. Damian, Mandy and George handled everything so brilliantly. I was organising my dad's funeral 'remotely' as he lived in Seaford with my Step mum while I am in London, and the team made everything so easy. It was a beautiful day and everything went so smoothly, better than I could ever have expected. As well as being super professional, they are thoroughly nice people: kind, compassionate - particularly towards my Step mum who was in a very fragile state, thoughtful, sensitive and gently humorous (which my Dad would have appreciated!). Would recommend highly and without reservation!

I have to say a massive Thank You to all at Cooper & Son. Mandy’s knowledge, care and calm advice even before the day Mum passed was invaluable. Both Mandy & Damian’s compassion coupled with such a high level of knowledge & professionalism made a very sad day go without a hitch. More importantly, Mum would have been very pleased with not only her send off but also the care and respect she has been shown. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very helpful and understanding. From first meeting until the service made everything as straightforward (including video link for family abroad) and as pleasant an experience as possible. And the lily (lovely surprise) is still going strong

The team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. They took real care of my father and showed such kindness and professionalism throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were completely adaptable to the needs and wishes of our family. The personal attention made all the difference at such a difficult time. A special thank you to Damian and Rob, whose warmth, sensitivity, and quiet efficiency were deeply appreciated.

A big Thank You to Damian and the team. Professional, obliging and adaptable, prompt with all calls, Coopers patiently guided us through this very difficult process. They were kindly and friendly and we felt able to ‘drop in’. Helped with every detail from photos, flowers to the funeral itself and the reception afterwards. Sensitive when we were not yet able to cope with some aspects and we didn’t feel rushed. They don’t advertise on TV – a key reason for our choosing them. On the day we felt our wonderful Mum would have loved it, it was a success. We are so glad we chose Coopers.
