After the sudden death of my husband I found the service and professionalism we received was first class. The team were very helpful and kind, showing empathy and understanding throughout, whilst guiding and helping us at each stage. I couldn't have coped without them and in particular Kerry who is a real ambassador for the company. My sincere thanks to all and I would highly recommend this company.

The thought of organizing my mums funeral was filling me with dread but after my initial chat with Kerry everything changed. Her kindness, empathy and understanding made the whole experience a lot easier. They allowed me to hold a small intimate service on site at Rose Cottage and Emma again made sure the whole experience was as easy for me as possible. They allowed me to give my mum a fitting send off and for that I am truly grateful. Thank you Kerry & Emma

We are incredibly grateful to Cooper and Son Funeral Home for the exceptional care and compassion they showed our family during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, their team was supportive, professional, and genuinely kind. Every detail was handled with dignity and respect, and they made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. Their attention to detail and personal touches meant the world to us. Thank you, Cooper and Son, for helping us honour our loved one so beautifully.

We would recommend Cooper & Son whole heartedly to anyone seeking an understanding and friendly funeral directors to handle what is undoubtedly one of the most challenging events in life. Emma and her team were incredibly welcoming when we approached them, and we felt fully supported by them from the first time we met. We felt confident with the planning process at all times, and felt that the funeral was personal and exactly as we wished it to be. We wish to thank Emma personally for the dignified and professional manner in which she ran the funeral for us - we felt that we had given my sister the very best send off possible.
