After the sudden death of my husband I found the service and professionalism we received was first class. The thought of organizing my mums funeral was filling me with dread but after my initial chat with Kerry everything changed. Her kindness, empathy and understanding made the whole experience a lot easier. They allowed me to hold a small intimate service on site at Rose Cottage and Emma again made sure the whole experience was as easy for me as possible.
