We are so grateful for the support we received from Donna at County Funerals. At such a difficult and emotional time, they were everything we needed — sensitive, respectful and compassionate throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through each step with great care and dignity. Communication was excellent, always clear and timely, which gave us real peace of mind when so much felt overwhelming. Everything was handled efficiently and thoughtfully, and we felt genuinely supported. I would not hesitate to recommend County Funerals to anyone who wants a service that combines professionalism with true compassion.

My daughter and I were made to feel most welcome on arrival. They made the process at such a difficult time in our lives so much easier than we expected. It’s a family run business and they were all so kind to us. Thank you for being so helpful at such a dreadful time. They were so professional and handled us with empathy and kindness and respect to my mother who had passed away. I would certainly recommend you to other people who need your services. Personal, attentive, caring. Just a few of the words we can use to describe Grant, Donna and the rest of the team. This is the 2nd time as a family we have sadly had to use County Funerals. Sadly because its a time of life no one wants to be going through. But all that said there is no one else you would ever need by your side supporting you through your difficult times. Of course they are a business but it never feels like that. Whenever you need to talk to them it feels like you are talking to a friend and that is from the first moment you meet them, nothing is ever too much trouble. All we can say is thank you.

The service I received from Donna at County Funerals was excellent. It really stood out as being the one thing post bereavement that went really smoothly and seemlessly. Donna was very knowledgeable and full of good ideas and solutions. It was such a help at a very difficult time and I would most definitely recommend them.
