When must I pay the upfront deposit?
For our attended funeral we require that FULL PAYMENT of disbursements and additional expenses are paid within 72 hours of the funeral arrangements being made.
For our unattended funeral option, we require that FULL PAYMENT is paid within 72 hours of the funeral arrangements being made.
How long will I have to pay the final balance?
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company, the final balance is due no later than 21 days from the date of the invoice.
What are my options for paying the deposit and final balance?
We accept card cash and cheques as well as payment by BACS.
Will any additional charges apply is I don’t pay the bill on time?

If I change my mind after engaging you as my funeral director, will you charge me (and if so, how much)?
You have the right to cancel this contract if you so wish. This right can be exercised by sending or taking a cancellation notice to us at any time within the period of fourteen days, starting with the day of receipt of a notice in writing of the right to cancel. Payment will be required for any goods or services provided within the cancellation period after your written consent has been received
