Founded in 2012 by David and Suzanne Cowburn, the business draws on David's many years of experience arranging and conducting funerals in the Leyland area. Both David and Suzanne were born and raised in Leyland, and they continue to live and raise their family in the community they serve, giving the business a genuinely local and personal character.
The team prides itself on providing a truly personal service for each family, handling every detail from the choice of coffin to flowers and orders of service. They believe that providing funeral services is a real privilege and feel honoured to serve their community. Their professional and caring staff are dedicated to guiding families through one of life's most difficult times with compassion and expertise.
David Cowburn Funerals offers a range of services to suit different needs and budgets, including a Full Funeral Service, Simple Funeral Service, Attended Direct Cremation, and Unattended Direct Cremation. Pre-paid funeral plans are also available through Golden Charter. The company is an appointed representative of Golden Charter Limited, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
