When my wife passed away, David Knowles handled her direct cremation with exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and care. Throughout the process, David was incredibly empathetic and supportive, making a difficult time more manageable. He ensured everything was handled smoothly and respectfully, always keeping me informed and addressing any concerns I had promptly. His attention to detail and compassionate approach were deeply appreciated, and he went above and beyond to ensure my wife's final journey was dignified. I am profoundly grateful for David's support to my family and highly recommend his services to anyone in need.

My family and I were lucky enough to have David by our side to guide us through such a sad time in our lives when our father past away almost 2 years ago.In such a short space of time David arranged the most beautiful and personal send off for our Dad. A day spent reminiscing with all those that cared for him and one that I will cherish forever.David was with us every step of the way and even made a detour to walk in front of the hearse past the house we grew up in which was a lovely touch. We will forever be grateful for his support and we will continue to highly recommend his professional and caring services to all of our family and friends.Thank you David

When I lost my lovely Dad I was, understandably heartbroken. I was also very anxious as I had never before had to organise a funeral. David Knowles came to visit me and my family at home to discuss our requirements. He was so warm, thoughtful and considerate that we were immediately put at ease. He was so patient, kind and understanding with my elderly (and very deaf) mum, andhelped us to make all the arrangements necessary. On the day of my Dad's funeral, David carried out his duties with true professionalism. He was so very respectful and courteous, whilst still showing warmth and genuine support to us all. My Dad was treated with absolute dignity throughout and David helped us to ensure he got the send off that the family wanted and that he deserved .I could not recommend David highly enough.

As a vicar I have had the pleasure of working with David many times. We’ve been used to the highest standards of FDs in my patch, and David’s care, compassion, cheerfulness and efficiency has been much appreciated and valued by our families. If you want someone to lighten your load and your heart at a sad time, then David Knowles is your man. I wish him every success in his new business.
