Jackie Buckingham and her staff were wonderful in their handling with such care and attention of not only the prior arrangements but also of the funeral itself of an elderly gentleman last Friday. She just took care of everything in a sympathetic, friendly and easy manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I first met Jackie from Deric Scott three years ago and after the kindness she showed me at such a difficult time there was no question that when my grandad passed away three months ago my family and I would want Deric Scott's and Jackie to take care of him, Jackie was very professional but so friendly and nothing was to much trouble for her, she awnsered all my questions and was on hand by phone and the multiple emails I sent to put my mind at rest and help with anything we needed to know down to the very smallest detail, the service was beautiful and Jackie saw that everything ran smoothly for us, we as a family can not thank Jackie enough for her service.
