Jane, Nick and all the staff at Douglas Mercer’s managed the arrangements for mum’s funeral sensitively and efficiently. No request was too much. They were extremely compassionate and always took the time to explain the options and process. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Charles, John, Julie and Families,We received an extremely professional and efficient service, Jane was incredibly kind and caring with all the preparations and organisation helping and guiding us at each step. On the day of the Funeral Ashley and his colleagues were very attentive and considerate. A big thank you also to Jim our Celebrant who carried out the service in a very sensitive and comforting way.
