My beloved mother in law died on 3rd December and we were unable to bury her till 12th January. I cannot praise Doves Sittingbourne enough. Right from her collection from the home until we laid her to rest in the cemetary we were treated with compassion and understanding. Julie in particular was a star, nothing was too much. When she said 'feel free to contact me anytime' she wasn't joking. You didn't feel like you were 'making a fuss' they listened, explained and generally cared.If your loved one is as precious as ours let Doves take care of you and yours so you can rest assured ALL your wishes are adhered to.Thanks Doves but a special mention to Julie at Sittingbourne branch, you made our loss bearable!

We recently lost my grandfather and Doves has been incredible from the moment we contacted them. I honestly can't thank Julie, Chris, Colin and Glenn enough - they truly went above and beyond to make this process easier for my gran, mum and myself.
